Cheating the tax man was just too tempting for Andrés. But a couple of tax inspectors turn up at his company to inform him that he owes the IRS a lot of money. He now has to move his offices to the Los Caños neighborhood, a deprived area on the outskirts of the city, because for some time now, Andrés has been receiving a juicy grant for having his headquarters there.
